More customer choice

The launch opened access to Internet without data caps, Internet–Mobile bundles, and an eligible first-year mobile offer. The mobile offer applies to qualifying Internet customers who do not already have Cox Mobile. Launch offerings and eligibility

Why mobile readiness mattered

My work addressed the operational path behind that choice: an agent’s ability to follow the correct migration flow, with activation, number porting, billing, and communications validated across systems. These are the moments where a technical handoff becomes a customer’s experience.

The senior-level contribution

I connected strategy to execution across company boundaries—curating coverage, leading hands-on testing and triage, and aligning teams around evidence and customer risk. That combination demonstrates program ownership, systems judgment, and influence through a launch.

THE CHALLENGE

What needed to work.

A market launch becomes real for a customer when the agent can complete the right transaction and the downstream service behaves as expected. Cox and Spectrum teams had to reconcile changing migration requirements across eligibility, sales, porting, activation, billing, and communications. My challenge was to turn that complexity into a test strategy teams could execute and a shared view of readiness they could act on.

MY CONTRIBUTION

The ownership I brought.

  • Curated and led the end-to-end mobile migration test strategy: scenario coverage, account preconditions, execution priorities, expected outcomes, and downstream validation.
  • Led and performed test case execution, connecting the agent experience to account, device/SIM, environment, and partner dependencies.
  • Led triage across system boundaries, making observed behavior, expected results, customer consequences, and the next responsible team clear.
  • Aligned product, engineering, QA, operations, and partner teams across Cox and Spectrum around execution, dependencies, and readiness evidence.
  • Led or supported partner and leadership demonstrations, translating technical behavior into a clear account of readiness and customer impact.

THE JUDGMENT BEHIND THE DELIVERY

Decisions that shaped the work.

01

Curate coverage around customer outcomes.

I connected customer states and supported business rules to the full journey. Coverage had to establish what happened after the agent submitted an order, including activation, porting, billing, and communications.

02

Turn strategy into executable work.

I treated test data, environments, device state, and partner dependencies as part of delivery ownership. When requirements evolved, I reconciled the expected result and updated the coverage so execution remained useful.

03

Make triage a shared decision.

I connected technical observations to customer consequences and brought the relevant teams into the investigation. Clear evidence, ownership, and follow-through gave cross-company discussions an actionable next step.

THE RESULT

What changed.

Spectrum Day launched. My mobile migration work helped enable that milestone by connecting test strategy, hands-on execution, issue triage, and cross-company coordination. The result was a contribution to a live business transformation: translating the mobile customer journey into the execution and readiness evidence needed for launch.

I lead across the customer journey—from defining what must work to aligning the teams and evidence needed to deliver it.

Source & outcome context

My contribution is based on my career résumé, supporting work records, and September 18, 2026 launch update. The company announcements below establish the public launch date, market scope, and customer offering context; they do not attribute individual employee contributions. Footprint figures describe service availability, not mobile lines I migrated. Customer protection themes describe the purpose of validation, not measured reductions in failures.
