What have you actually built with RAG?
A multi-document diagnostic system for Apple Watch activation and lifecycle troubleshooting.
I was working in a domain where knowledge was scattered across activation paths, customer records, provisioning, billing, and lifecycle events. A generic troubleshooting answer could apply the wrong sequence or misread an expected delay.
I designed and shipped a RAG knowledge structure with focused domains for terminology, canonical flows, signal timing, and troubleshooting, connected through a master RAG. It covered scenarios such as customer-owned and Cox-sold watches, exchange, and relinking.
The contribution was turning specialist knowledge into reusable decision support. My career records describe improvements in triage consistency and reduced reliance on ad-hoc SME help; I distinguish those qualitative outcomes from a quantified benchmark.
