How does your Executive MBA change your technical approach?
It helps me connect the system behavior to the business decision it affects.
My technical work is detailed: account states, API behavior, migration rules, activation, billing, and customer messaging. My business perspective asks what those details mean for customer trust, operational effort, launch exposure, or an enterprise transformation.
The field-service product is a direct example: the value was not just a deployed iPad application. It was eliminating paper work for 300+ technicians and reducing processing time. In migration work, the equivalent question is what evidence supports readiness and what customer or operating risk remains.
I bring an Executive MBA and a BBA in Computer Information Systems, both from Georgia State. That combination allows me to move between technical investigation and the larger decision without losing the thread.
